These guys are a joke. They nickel and dimed my home warranty company to death. Angie (the office staff) is rude and unprofessional..IF you can get her to answer the phone. Visit one; condensor coil out. Visit two (a week later), replace coil. Visit three; $1000.00 of refrigerant leaked out into the environment. Visit four; replace imaginary leaky part (that was checked on the prior visit). Visit five; water pouring from our ceiling (they can't come and check this out because "it's too hot outside") Really? The story continues, but you get the picture. AVOID

Showed up in a reasonable amount of time and fix the problem quickly. The repair guy was very courteous professional and and fast. Was very familiar with my heating unit. Thanks again.
