He was so helpful and patient with me on the phone when one of my cats got stuck in the air duct of my house. I had been trying pet controll, animal controll, other HVAC companies all responded that they couldn't help but to try calling a different type of service.

He was willing to hear out my problem and had a game plan to help me rescue my furry friend. In the end my cat got out on his own, but just knowing someone was willing to come out and help in such a peculiar situation was nice.

I'll definitely be looking this way for more regular HVAC needs in the future! Thank you all for your kindness and patients when dealing with this crazy cat lady!

So thankful! They answered their phone @ 11 pm and walked my husband through a fuse replacement free of charge. Quality customer service and care. Will 100% use them for future HVAC needs!
