Cooper’s Heating & Cooling Systems

Cooper is a fine young man. I hope his business does well despite his honesty. I feel his time and material was worth twice what he charged me. My unit had several different problems. They found and fixed them all. They charged me for one trip although it took multiple ones to get the parts and then install the parts. Being in a line of service work myself at times, I tried to pay him more around what I would have charged. I also believe a true sign of knowledge is when someone knows so much they are not afraid to admit when they are unsure about something. Cooper didn't hesitate to refer to his dad and do the job right. One thing I can't stand is a know it all who tries to b.s. their way through something. Cooper was very polite and very professional. His father is brilliant. I am so happy I chose this company to do my work.

Despite being in a heat wave and extremely busy, Cooper had time to double check our unit that had been serviced by a different company, but had quit cooling. He found exactly what was wrong and fixed it quick. Cooper was fast, accurate, honest, and reasonable. Great doing business with him and will continue.

We had Cooper replace a central AC on our rental property. Can't recommend highly enough. He and his guy were super professional and did a great job. Pricing is competitive, too. 10 out of 5 stars. A++++.
