I mentioned my AC was blowing hot air to a church member. My church member referred me to another church member Royce Murray owner of Royce Murray’s Heating and Air, who worked for Hiller in the past. Royce said he was unable to find a leak and all my AC’s freeon was gone. He filled up my freeon. He was paid; however, 7 days later hot air again. Royce again said no leak and asked had I had any vinyl siding done. I said yes about a year or so ago. He mentioned the vinyl siding repair to the back of the house maybe broke an AC line that runs up the side of the house. Also, he mentioned to have the vinyl siding company remove the back of the house vinyl siding repair so he could get to the AC line on the side of my 7 year old house. I decided to get a second opinion. A Hiller contractor, within minutes of unscrewing my AC top outside found a leak on the top of the condenser coil. I’m only speaking on my experience. I’m very disappointed at the service and advice I received from Royce Murray’s Heating and Air. I feel this was a waste of time and money to Royce Murray’s Heating and Air; on top of the expense now being paid to Hiller to properly correct the issue. If you don’t know how to properly repair something just say that. I’m not sure who else has over $200 to waste in general or during the COVID 19 pandemic. Thankfully Hiller can provide some type of guarantee. I apologized to the vinyl siding contractors for the bad info I received from an independent contractor.

My unit had not been cooling for a couple of days but when it reached 93° in the house, I knew I needed some help. I found this company through a Facebook group and called. Pretty immediately, I received a response and the owner was at my house within the next ten minutes! I'm thankful that the problem had an easy fix and I could not recommend them more highly. I will definitely call Murray Heating and Cooling in the future!

Royce was able to answer our service call on the same day it was placed. He diagnosed the problem & took care of it quickly. We paid $200 total for the service call & for him to add freon to the unit.
