Three years ago our second floor A/C unit stopped working and I had ample opportunity to meet with five HVAC vendors. Kam came very highly recommended by an industry insider to help us replace two existing units. He was a pleasure to work with, and he provided by far the best service and value I’ve found so far in Nashville.

It was 95 degrees when my AC went out. Kam from Breeze came over immediately when others said it would take them two days. He diagnosed the problem, found a great quality Trane unit in stock and installed it the next day for a great price. He personally guarantees his work. Kam was referred by a friend that spoke highly of him and his service. The ac had stopped cooling in my duplex and when I phoned to set up an appointment, he said he would be here in 20 minutes. He came, discovered coolant leak, removed the frozen ice, filled with freon and ac was cooling when he left. Price was below what other companies would have charged. I had an issue with my furnace not draining correctly. I decided to call Breeze Heating And Cooling. I discussed the issue over the phone with Kam Heidari and thinking I knew where the problem was but he was so knowledgeable that he said my problem might be somewhere else. Mr. Heidari arrived on time as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem and answered any questions I had. He didn't try to up-sale me anything I did not need and fixed what actually needed to be fixed. I now have a friend, I can trust to call knowing if any issues arise from my HVAC unit. Very impressed with Breeze. Quick response, arrived at the promised time, quick diagnosis, quick repair, and surprisingly reasonable price. None of the “you need to get rid of this antique and get this wonderful new rig today” hucksterism I’ve experienced with other local companies whose techs often seem to double as sales people. Very pleased with the whole transaction; Breeze has just become my new default HVAV service.
