My HVAC broke and I was in an unusual time crunch. I left town that evening and had tenants moving in while I was gone. I called Kam and he came out, inspected, unfortunately told me I needed a new unit, but was able to get a new unit delivered and installed the day of! Made it to my 5 o’clock flight. Seriously thankful for the responsiveness and his expertise on the subject. Could easily trust him and will happily work with him again in the future!

Kam was great. It wasn't obvious what was wrong. He took the time to figure it out. Got me back up and running in 2 hrs. Warned me that I should be saving for a system replace in near future, but not pushy on doing it now (19 year old unit, type of freon not made anymore). Professional, polite, and respectful. Will be calling again!

It was 27F and the furnace stopped working as it froze. Some other HVAC people came and looked at the unit and said they’d not touch it and I needed a whole new replacement. A friend referred me to Kam and his firm and he came over and helped us get the home warm while he found parts and explained I did not need a whole new system. While he was at it he identified some issues with my outlets and fixed those, too! Very kind and sincere. Will use them again.

He was super responsive from the get-go, showed up exactly when he said he would (for the estimate and for the installation) and delivered a quality install at a great price. The capacitor went out on my AC during record heat in TN. Called Breeze, and they were able to come out the same day. We got our capacitor replaced, as well as some bad breakers & wiring. Would highly recommend.

Our downstairs a/c went out, and Kam had a new unit in place within 12 hours! He and his crew were respectful, responsive, did what they said they were going to do, and did it well. Pricing was reasonable. When we had problems with our upstairs unit the next week, Kam kept at it until the problem was solved, which turned out to be a simple fix. I will definitely use Breeze again for our future climate control needs.

We recently bought a new home and there have been several issues with our HVAC system. On recommendation of our realtor we reached out to Kam and set up an appointment for the next day. Kam was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Not only was he able to identify the main, presenting issue, he went further to understand the root cause behind it (something the previous HVAC technician failed to do!!). He figured out what was wrong, got it fixed and managed to completely rewire the shoddy wiring previously done by the original installers within an hour!

The price was more than fair and we couldn't be happier with the work that was performed. Kam and Breeze H&C have earned our business for life and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work performed.
