My issue was examined, diagnosed and resolved in less than 24 hours. I sent in a schedule request after hours on a Thursday and received an immediate response stating I had been put on the schedule for Friday. Kam is professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Before he proceeded with any work, he gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and asked for my permission before doing any work. Now, I am able to work upstairs comfortably during the hot summer months!

Kam was great to work with! He explained everything very clearly, he never tried to up sell me, and he was very considerate. Not only did he do a great job doing maintenance on our HVAC system, he did it quietly after I told him my baby was napping in the nearby room. I feel very lucky to have found him, and will definitely be signing up for Breeze's twice-yearly system tune up.

I needed to replace my HVAC system. Kam patiently explained my options, provided expert advice, quoted me his prices for each option, and encouraged me to get other bids. He had the best price, showed up right on time, handled a couple unforeseen issues without missing a beat, and installed everything in a neat and careful way. I wish he did more than just heating and cooling!

This is the third time I've used Breeze for two different properties. Cam is always very communicative with the available options and provides his professional opinion to help curb costs. There is nothing worst that coming home in the dead of winter and finding your heat unit is not working correctly. What should be a 68 degrees temperature is only registering 62 degrees and the predicted temperature for the night is going to be in the teens.

I can’t say enough how blessed I am to have found Breeze Heating and Cooling. Kam was at my home promptly in 45 minutes as he said he would be. He went to work assessing my heat unit accurately and swiftly had the repairs made in no time and my house was toasty warm. The fees were fair. Kam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He and explained all of the repairs.

Kam Heidari at Breeze Heating & Cooling received my service request about an ineffective AC unit on Friday afternoon and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He was friendly, courteous, and honest and he showed a skilled understanding of HVAC system integration, with no bravado or sales hype.

Bottom line: the 15-year-old unit had lost half its refrigerant charge. The unit could be recharged, but with no guarantee that it would retain it and bearing in mind that it contained an outdated refrigerant. Even though we are renters, Kam worked with the landlord to quickly get approval for replacement of the (dual heat/AC) unit. He and his team completed the new installation by Monday evening, with no disturbance or mess.

Kam and Breeze will be my go-to-professionals for future HVAC needs, even after buying our own house.

Kambiz was quick to respond, quick to inspect our HVAC unit and quick to fix it. He's very professional and obviously and expert in HVAC service and repair. We would use his services again and would highly recommend him to others.

Have had many different HVAC services in the past, Breeze is definitely the most honest. I have recommended Breeze to family and friends and all have been happy with their service. They are friendly, honest and reliable. Recently had a tankless hot water heater installed and they really did a clean job on the install. Prior to that we have HVAC units installed. Happy with their service after the sale as well.

Our heat went out and Kam responded quickly and fixed our issue in no time. He was kind, personable, professional, and made sure I understood what was needed and the cost involved every step of the way. He didn't try to sell me anything more, his rates were fair, and he even saved me money where he could.
