Chris does an amazing job with either our furnace or heater. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing and very professional on the job. He makes sure that things are working right and recommends what's best for your home in terms of heating and cooling your home. I’m a really difficult person to impress, but the service guy on call (Chris) was absolutely wonderful. He got to our place quick and fixed the problem quicker. He was very easy to talk to and comfortable to be around- the type of stranger you don’t mind being in your house. I was very pleased!

Jeff actually talked me through getting my hot water heater restarted and it really wasn't even his problem but he was very helpful. My gas had been turned off while they installed a new gas stove in my kitchen, and the hot water heater was not restated.
Jeff walked me through it with my video camera on my phone. He was very patient and thorough.

Ryan did an excellent job! He was here within an hour of our call for help, quickly accessed the situation, fix it and was able to get our furnace up and running better than it has for quite a while. He was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Also gave us very helpful information about new heating and cooling systems we might want to be thinking about given the age of our furnace.
He was friendly and polite and represented Kalins very well.
