We had discussed and ordered the new systems with Chris 3 weeks before the install. On the Saturday night before we were to get our new systems, our AC gasped its last breath. We had to wait only 1 day before we were cool again! Perfect timing since our temps had been in the 90s. Michael, Mason and Chandler installed our new AC and heating system. They were very professional, on time and cleaned up and took all the old parts away. Michael explained and helped set up the new thermostat. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

After a horrible experience with our American Homeshield and their contractor A & J Sales and Service, Roger's came through for us. Chris evaluated our system and did not try to over sale us on something we didn't need but guided us through the options and what it would take to get our system going. We received the estimate sooner than promised and when we made our decision at 10pm that night Chris responded to us with in 10 minutes and he had his team at our home the next morning. The showed so much respect for our home during the entire process. The wood floor and carpets were protected with runners, the door to the utility room was carefully removed and shelves were moved and put back when the job was done. I contacted Chris on Saturday after the unit was completed on Friday with a concern I had with the humidity level in our home. His technician, Michael, contacted me within the hour to troubleshoot our problem. Michael returned to our home to find that there was a small hole in the wall behind the thermostat that was reading humidity from the adjacent bathroom and air return duct. Michael patched the hole, reprogramed our thermostat to tweak the system for our home, and had the system running perfectly very quickly. Michael was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He spent over an hour with me making sure I knew how to operate the system. We have lived in our home 13 years and it has never been this comfortable. I really can't say enough of what a great company Roger's was to work with and how quickly they took care of the problem.

We were extremely impressed with Roger's. Previously we had been told we needed a new a/c. Chris came out to quote us a price for a new unit and said he didn't feel right trying to sell us a new unit when he didn't think we needed one. He sent out tech Mike the very next day to come diagnose the problem. He was very thorough fixed the one small part that needed fixing. We were quoted a price for the service call and diagnostic, however when we got the invoice it was $100 less! Chris also took the time to call and check in and let us know he called to check on the warranty of our unit for us as well. We highly recommend Rogers and will be telling our family and friends!

Roger's Plumbing & Heating has very professional and knowledgeable staff. We have had them fix plumbing issues in the past and recently we had them replace our AC and furnace. AC is a wonderful thing! They are prompt and very dependable. I would be happy to refer them to anyone! Thank you!

Our air conditioning went out this past summer so I called and received 6 different estimates on new AC/furnace systems. Roger’s Heating was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. We ended up choosing Roger’s because of the quality product but more so because of the fantastic customer service we received throughout the entire process. The customer service we received from Josh was second to none. Josh was product knowledgeable, patient and empathetic with our lack of AC during a 100 degree stretch of weather. Now that we have had the entire AC/Furnace replaced, I can say I would highly recommend Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

Job was done in about 2 hours. Too early to give a full assessment because time will tell if the leak is fixed because it was a very slow leak. So far so good but longevity will be the thing to look for. Nice people to converse & interact with. Ask me in 6 months if I'm home free!

I decided we needed a water softener and called Roger's Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment. The installer arrived right at the time requested, laid down tarps to prevent tracking and a mess, promptly completed the install, and gave thorough instructions on operations and care. Very professional service from start to finish and the invoice total was less than price quoted. Excellent experience and totally satisfied with the new soft water experience.

Dustin was such a great help in such a stressful circumstance! He arrived so promptly in an emergency and explained everything he was doing. He even shared some helpful tips on home maintenance that wasn’t even involved in the issue he came to fix. Dustin went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU!

Consistently an excellent experience working with Roger;s! I've had Roger's do a lot of work for me throughout the years. They always get me on their schedule in a timely fashion, show up on time and are reasonably priced. Their plumbing and HVAC specialists are always very professional and explain what they did and why they did it.
