    Call Thursday morning ac froze up Wednesday evening got one of the owners and said text me my info and I’ll get to you as soon as possible. Within 2 hours from call I had a technician at my house. He replaced a capacitor on ac unit and ac was back on in 30 mins. What great service and response. I found my heating and cooling experts for sure. I would recommend them 100% 10 stars.

    I’ve had a few instances and the team from Extreme Heating & Cooling has been so helpful, especially as a new home owner. They are quick in their response, thorough in their visits and very helpful when it comes to questions! I cannot recommend this business enough.

    Super unprofessional company. $260 for an after hour call that took 15 minutes and I had to stand outside and hold the guys ladder. Then when asked where to send the invoice rather then mailing it he threatens to send it off to collections without properly sending off an invoice. Do yourself a favor. Call another company.

    Woke up this morning with a broken air conditioner and was referred here. Wow was I not disappointed! Called at 7:45AM and by 2:30 today my AC was blowing cold again. The guy that showed up told me what was wrong, fixed it and was gone with in 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business.

    I’ve had multiple issues with this company. My house was completed in the winter of 2018, and immediately I began having issues. First it was the heater in the winter. That finally was resolved although the back and forth and constant nagging that took was annoying. Next it was the air conditioning and leaking from the duct when it rains.

    My rental unit, also built in 2018 immediately had issues with the AC and has had issues every year since. There’s nothing so frustrating as having a brand new unit that you expect minimal problems with, only to have to call to repair the AC every summer, and worse yet to have to pay to repair something that has basically been malfunctioning from the start. They have never really acknowledged or owned up to the fact that my AC has been problematic. Once they even tried to tell my tenant that their furniture positioning was the problem (it was not). They fix it temporarily each year but I end up in the same boat yet again with a malfunctioning AC - now for the 3rd year running. Either they have no idea what’s wrong, or they do, but don’t want to admit why it’s causing problems (my fear is that I have a dud).

    I’m sure people have problems with other HVAC companies but I would not recommend this one at all.

    I wish I could give them a higher rating because I always give companies the benefit of the doubt when working with them for the first time.

    My A/C unit died on me and I called a few places to come out and give estimates. These guys were quick to answer the call and very friendly. I scheduled for sunshine to come to my house at 3pm the next day. I had to leave work early, but it would be worth it to get my A/C back up and running sooner. 3pm rolled around the next day and no one came. After 30 minutes, I called to make sure I hadn't got the time and day wrong. They confirmed that it was correct and the tech was running way behind. They offered to send someone whose right away, which was good, but with the travel time from their shop, it wouldn't work with my schedule. I rescheduled for the next day and that tech did show up. He said they'd send the estimate by the next day. It never showed up. It's now been a month and I don't expect it to show up. I got the ac fixed by someone else. If you're thinking I didn't give them a chance because I didn't send a reminder about the estimate after a few days, you're wrong. A company that doesn't show up to the appointment or even communicate they are over an hour behind, plus they don't send over the estimate is not one worth working with.

    Hands down the best service I have experienced when it comes to HVAC. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of work and professionalism sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend and will use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Joe gave me good advice about my old Furnace and helped me to get a deal on a new Furnace and AC unit. Had him and his team out the next day to replaced me with a new furnace before we got the bitter cold! Do THANK YOU!

    My Rheem furnace stopped working so called Extreme heating and they were here less then a hour. Fast service and very friendly service man. I would call Extreme Heating again for my service needs.
