Great Staff. Has the parts I need most of the time.

There are other reviews that state that the employees were friendly and helpful. My experience can only be described as opposite of this. Sullen, unhelpful, mumbling with no hurry to help or offer to help. I will not be going back and would recommend that you look elsewhere for the parts you need.

I thought I should have gotten a discount for buying a case, rather than 12x each unit item. But, they are always nice.

Usually you can come in, get what you need and get out with no problem. The employees usually get to know you on a personal level. You're not just a number 👍
