Was told I need a compressor. Took 15 days to come in to find out I was without air for 15 days with over 100 degree heat to find out it wasn't the compressor. They did refund money and make repair. But did I tell you I was unnecessarily without air for 15 days....smh

I'm very pleased, grateful and thankful for John!!! The ac unit kept cutting off due to the accumulation algea in the overflow pan drain outlet. John located the issue in no time. He was very professional and friendly.

Form the first call about estimate go to the last follow up after installation I have been overly impressed. The best part is that when I call them I get a text of who and when is coming and the show up when they say they will. Hands down best experience

I had to choose one star for this review because there isn't a zero star option. Hospitality was called to my house to inspect some previously diagnosed issues with the central A/C unit. The Hospitality employee -- and I use that term very lightly -- didn't even take the unit apart to check anything. He hooked a meter to it then pronounced everything A-OK. He spent the rest of the visit on his cell phone. I guess the person on the other end was getting all of the "Hospitality" because I didn't even get a written report on what the guy did ... despite the fact that's what he told me he was doing in the company van.

I love a company who actually replies to Google reviews not some “copy/paste” method, but actually stands up for what really happened.
