Techs were fast and friendly. Received an itemized receipt after they left showing what was sent to my Home Warranty company. The company and techs lived up to their mission statement.

They replaced my entire duct system replaced. They were very polite and communication was great and completed in timely manner. My HVAC is now working more efficiently and I completely satisfied. Lifetime warranty on parts and labor.

The (AC) Technician Daniel, is a true professional, he takes the time to explain what hes doing, very knowledgeable on his trade. I will definitely ask for Hospitality Heating and Air. A+ experience from the personal attention I received from the owner Gene Lucas, the installers, and the quality control inspection crew. When I decided to replace my current downstairs split system in February 2020 I interviewed five companies. Our technician Jaimie was very knowledgeable, professional and on time. We were a work in that was unexpected for his last call of the day but he came in with a great attitude and took his time to explain what was wrong with our unit where someone that doesnt understand hvac could grasp it. Tim came out on a Saturday. We had no heat at the time. He fixed it temporarily until we could get the parts for a final fix. Came back on Wednesday and we are good to go. Very professional and handled the job well. Thanks Tim!!
