When I called this morning the answering service was very thorough. When I got the call from Hospitality they were quick and efficient with getting my service request processed. Once the request was processed she informed me that they would work me in after noon. I got the call at 12:41 and the tech arrived on time and quickly fixed my problem and had my air conditioning back on in 15 minutes.

Awesome service the HVAC technician was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my A/C unit. The repairs were done efficiently and in a timely matter. I am grateful that my A/C unit is running again and my family is happy as well. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Service tech Ron G. just left a few minutes ago, and I had to immediately come and review them. Ron did an excellent job! He not only arrived quickly and resolved the issue just as quick, but he also explained/pointed out the problem and what personal measures I could take in the future to prevent the issue from happening again. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; you could tell that he's not only experienced at what he does but that he also enjoys doing it. When it's time for any type of maintenance and repair work for my A/C, Hospitality Heating & A/C will be the only company I call. For anyone wondering, I only leave reviews for companies and technicians that go above & beyond for their customers, so I was more than happy to sit and devote 5-10 minutes to show my full appreciation in exchange for such a wonderful experience. There may be negative reviews on here because, let's be real, not 100% of any customer base of any company will be completely pleased for whatever reason, but overall, they're doing a fantastic job and they deserve to be given the chance to prove/provide their 4+ star experience to you. If you're on the fence/not sure, I hope you'll really consider hiring them to give them the opportunity to 'WOW' you like they've 'WOW'ed me. Thanks HHAC, I'll see you later!

In response to a previous post stating not to read good reviews and that they get good writers, I was not hired nor asked to leave a review. I was not paid nor received any discounts, and I also have/use AHS warranty. I used to work in the customer service industry, so I know how important reviews are not only to potential customers but also for the technicians who do the work. Again, not everyone will feel like they've received the best service for whatever reason, but it doesn't mean that the company doesn't do good work. I personally check reviews from multiple sources for balance as well as the dates of those reviews because so many changes could be made within 1+ years or even a few months' time. Don't get me wrong, low reviews are important, but just make sure that you keep them in their overall proper perspective and not allow them to be used as a scare tactic towards you. Always keep in mind that every individual situation is unique in some aspect. Thanks again!

Anthony came out last week before the holiday. The company had to order a part but they came back out in a timely manner. Anthony was very knowledgeable, great customer service, professional and he got my heat back up and running. I highly recommend!

Hospitality (Ron Teal) has serviced our units several times and offered good. After our last repair call, Gene talked with me about replacements and now Hospitality is set to replace both of our units in the coming weeks. I’m sure I will have more good things to report later.
