Daniel gainey did a wonderful job. He was very professional. He checked everything thoroughly and explained everything to me concerning my heating system. Very generous by changing my air filter for me. I love his polite personality and good manners. Thank you for everything. Keep up the good work!!!

I was referred to this company after months of having no AC and weeks of back and forth banter with a different company and no results. The name is certainly fitting because I had a wonderful experience with Hospitality Heating and Air. They were responsive, kind, and after having multiple opinions by different companies (all saying I needed a new unit and that it was a problem that couldn't be fixed), a knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The tech volunteered himself to come to my home on a Saturday on memorial day weekend to help us because he heard we had a newborn and it was supposed to be a hot weekend. My home is now cool and comfortable thanks to the professionals at Hospitality! Couldn't have asked for better service.

Update a year later: My house has some wonky heating and cooling issues, but with this company working on it I couldn't be more at ease. This company and their professionals are simply THE BEST. If you hired a different Heating and Air company YOU GAVE YOUR MONEY TO THE WRONG PEOPLE. Simple as that. I never have to worry about my HVAC system because of the TWELVE year warranty I got with my new system and not once have they tried to sell me on something I didnt need. I truly appreciate these people.

James really came through for my family, he displayed professional knowledge and was willing to get to the very bottom of the issue, keeping me and my family from having to have no A/C for days in the middle of summer. I'm very grateful to him and his Lead Tech and would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Our home warranty company referred us to them when our AC went out on Saturday. Daniel came out on Monday and looked at the unit. He was straight forward and professional. He was apologetic when he couldn't fix it, but told us he needed to order a part. On his scheduled return date he came early and had the AC up and running a short time later. I had a wonderful experience with Hospitality and will use them in the future as needed.

The technician, Daniel was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed my AC problem and was able to explain to me so I understood the problem and how it would be corrected. He was referred to me by American Home Shield and I will be requesting Hospitality Heating and AC on future calls. This is my second service call with this company and both were excellent. I will also call them again because they are Gamecock basketball sponsors.

Very professional service and responsive office reply. Ron was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease with knowing he was taking good care of our AC. I am a AHS customer and they worked well with the AHS policy to get my AC needs met.

Just want to say thank you to Anthony Johnson a technician for Hospitality. He is always so kind, thorough and thoughtful. Our units are ancient and he has kept us up and running. He takes pictures of the problems, never complains and actually shares his thankfulness for his family, employment, and life. His professionalism is always apparent, his upbeat attitude is contagious and and we are glad to have made his acquaintance through Hospitality Heat and Air. We have also appreciated the service we have received as a whole from Hospitality-but Anthony is especially Awesome!!!

Upon arrival Daniel Gainey was dressed very professional, the service van was very neat and equipped. Great customer service skills, outstanding integrity, very knowledgeable. I was very happy to invite him into our home, we bought service contract due to Daniels knowledgeable skills and great respect for people. I would highly recommend him to anyone, very pleasant young man who I will always ask to come service our a/c and heating services.

Last night after normal business hours I had to make a service call which needed prompt attention. The answering service took the call and immediately contacted the on call technician. Within 15 minutes of placing my call the tech called me to find out what the pro blem was. Soon after he arrived at the door. The tech, Anthony, has the best attitude! He immediately identified the problem and got it fixed. Anthony was happy go lucky the entire visit, displayed common sense in locating the problem and got it repaired. After the repair Anthony made the coordination for follow up work that needed done. I rate this experience an A plus! Great job Anthony
