They know what they're doing. Archer diagnosed and fixed my A/C issue in a very short period of time. Also, they came same day within 4 hours of my call.

Our HVAC went out over the weekend. We called them Monday morning and they got to us same day. The technician actually showed up earlier than expected. He was friendly, answered my husband's questions, and got our system up and running again in no time. Would highly recommend.

Ronnie our technician, did a wonderful job solving the problem with our dual A/C system, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also went above and beyond doing the routine maintenance on our heating and A/C system. Arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Great guy.

I called on a Sunday evening tech on call answered “ Frankie”. I told him what was going on and he immediately without hesitation offered to come out. He showed up diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem (bad compositor) . Very professional. They have earned my business from here forward.

Very fast to have someone come and check the problem out. But beware of the charges that follow. I was charged for them to use my water to "cool my unit down". Also paid alot of money for r22 that was put in our unit only to have them come back a couple days later and let some out since the first tech overfill the system. Of course didn't get reimbursement for the lost freon.

My family has a lot of health issues: allergies, asthma, and autoimmune issues to start. We knew that our ductwork was in fairly poor shape and we suspected mold might be contributing to some of our health concerns. Still, replacing the ductwork was a pricey prospect, so we collected numerous quotes from different HVAC companies.
Airport was the best price and I'm very happy that we went with them. We got the ductwork replaced and an Air Scrubber installed. Josh was super responsive to my numerous questions and quick to schedule and complete the job. They actually were in and out while my kids and I were at school, which I thought was amazing. They also completed the paperwork and returned it to my door very quickly so I could promptly send in the paperwork for our refund from Dominion.
I'm thrilled to report that my asthma and allergies improved basically overnight. I was breathing better within a day and am so happy that we made the decision to improve our air quality! I recommend Airport and appreciate their thorough and affordable service. Thanks Airport Heating & Cooling, we will use you again when we have need!

I can not say enough that’s good about Link and his staff, they have gone above and beyond to help with our past HVAC issues that was installed by another provider. I would recommend Airport to ANYONE that needs work on there unit !!!!
