Frankie came out to service our rooftop package unit and determined it was beyond economical repair and their crew came and Installed a new unit. Great service all the way around! Highly recommend.
Professional and HONEST! So thankful for our tech. Archer today and his quick professional assessment on our AC unit. He assessed to find the problem and fixed it in relatively short order, for under $400. Gave a great explanation as to what the issue was and even gave some advice on a few general questions of mine.
Unbeknownst to him, we had another company out earlier in the morning that speculated as to what the issue was and quoted us over 10K to replace the same unit . (Let's just say, the lexINGTON company's quote was quite "brazen"😡, you can connect the dots). The tech's were clearly commission fishin', which happens often in this industry. So we need to celebrate the honest teams!
We have found our new HVAC servicer's and when our old unit does finally "kick the can" we'll only be making one call! Thanks Airport H&C for starting our memorial holiday weekend out with a big weight off of our shoulders.

Have had occasion to use this company in 2 emergency situations in less than 2 months. First time we had just closed on our house in late Nov., temps in the low 20's & furnace was out needing a part. John came as soon as the part was in & rescued us. Today, Sunday of MLK weekend on a stormy winter day the power went out briefly and when it returned the furnace did not! I called & Frankie didn't hesitate to say "I'm on my way " after determining that we had most likely blown a fuse. Said he'd be 35-40 mins & sure nuf he was here that soon and shortly got the system up & running even though the breaker was not IDed& he had to trace it. Terrific service both times. Recommend wholeheartedly. THANKS
Placed service call and they were prompt. After technician arrived and examined system, I was told system had a leak in coil. I asked technician for price quote. He initially told me 1200 -1500. I said ok. Then after getting on his phone, he told me 2500. After bickering about price, he said the lowest he could go was 1850. They were gonna try to screw me out of 650. I told them no way. BTW, I got a replacement coil for 1275 from a reputable company with a ten year warranty.
Wonderful service, I set up an appointment for the service call one day before and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Mr. Ronnie (the Tech.) that he was on his way and on time, on the day of the appointment. He was very professional in whatever he did and got everything up and running and at a very reasonable price. His excellent professionalism and ethics reflect the excellent professionalism and ethics of the company. I will be doing business with this company again whenever needed.
