    I originally bought an Angie's list coupon for them to come out just to replace my air filter. After replacing the filter, they told me my ductwork was very old and not completely insulated and that air was escaping into my crawlspace. They wrote up a quote for the replacement, which I did not ask for. Suspicious, I had another HVAC company have a look, and they confirmed what Air Serve had told me. This air leakage was a contributing factor to my heat/air continuously cycling on and off. So I decided to have the ductwork replaced by Aire Serv. I experienced professionalism and great customer service. Both Jason and Alonzo were great when they came to replace my ductwork. And I saw how old the ductwork was - original to the house. A couple of days afterwards I had to call them back for a little noise in one of my registers. It was the weekend and I left a message, expecting them to send someone out on the following Monday. Within an hour or so, I got a call back from Harry who was sending someone out immediately to address my concern. It was Jason who came and knew immediately what to do and fixed the problem. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable at his job. And, the best part is that now my heating is no longer constantly cycling off and on, and a lot more air power is coming out of my registers. Great team and great job! Even Betsy in the office was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone needing HVAC work.

    Charge me 500.00. Said I had a leak and no freon. Within 1 month freon was out. Air was not cold. A/c was freezing up. Another company came out filled my A/c with freon. Now my house is really cold. Working well ever since. Beware of Air Serv...If I could give no stars I would. Next time I will check with the BBB...

    On approximately 30 May 2019, we received a call from Aire Serv of Central SC to conduct an assessment of our air conditioning unit on the 3rd floor due to Master Bedroom on the 2nd not cooling properly. Also, I informed them that the ductwork was unattached and water leaking into the drip pan.
    On 31 May 2019, Aire Serv of Central SC arrived to conducted an assessment of our air conditioning unit on the 3rd floor and noticed that the ductwork was unattached and water leaking into the drip pan, needing to be repaired or replaced.
    On 5 June 2019, the technician (Mr. James) arrived at my home to repair, replace the ductwork and remove the water from the drip pan. I was charged approximately $700.00 dollars for the ductwork replacement but the invoice didn’t indicate the water removal from the drip pan.
    On 4 July 2019, I noticed water dripping from the 3rd floor to the family room on the 1st floor. When I arrived on the 3rd floor and opened the doors to the air conditioning unit there was water dripping from ductwork and the air conditioning unit to the drip pan and underneath the drip pan on the floor.
    On 5 July 2019, the technician (Mr. Kelly) arrived to conduct an assessment of the air conditioning unit, I showed him where water was leaking from the 3rd floor to the family room. Afterwards, we walked to the 3rd floor where I showed him the air conditioning unit and pictures of the ductwork, videos of water leaking in the drip pan and water damages on the bottom of the drip pan to the family room below. After the assessment and repair the technician stated that water was leaking due to one of the pipes being clogged with dust and debris with an additional cost of $220.00 dollars which he stated was a discount of $65.00 dollars. We didn’t get a chance to accept the assessment prior to the charges and l ask why wasn’t this repair free? The technician stated the removal of water leak wasn’t stated on the invoice for the repair on 5 June 2019. This is unacceptable to be charged for a service that caused more damage from the initial assessment.

    Paid nearly $10,000.00 for an entirely new system. Less than 2 years later, in June, the heat strips were coming on while the air conditioner was on which they failed to diagnose on TWO different occasions resulting in a $2000.00 power bill that we're still paying on. SCE&G came out to help us figure out what was causing such a huge spike in our power bill and they found the heat strips running while the AC was on. SCE&G immediately spoke to someone at Aireserv who got into a somewhat rude verbal altercation on the phone while at my home. Aire Serve came out and changed out the thermostat which was the issue all along.

    The only thing they did was show up. Right away we were told it's shot. But they said they had to try a fan motor which they said proved their point. We need a complete new system. We didn't bite since the system wasn't even eight years old. However they said we gaf to buy the motor bc they couldn't use it every again since it had been on our system. We're called someone else and they fixed it and said that it wasn't shot obviously. I still never call again this company

    Responded promptly to email request. Showed up ON TIME! for initial estimate. All staff was respectful and even thought outside the box to meet the promises made in the initial bid when unexpected things came up. Highly recommend!
