Tech was on time, called before coming. They replaced my condenser in a timely manner. What impressed me most was the time frame of my repair . They came out on Tuesday and analyzed the problem, my home warranty ordered the part, and they came back out on Friday of the same week and installed the condenser. GREAT SERVICE!!

Our technician, James Culick, arrived as scheduled and began to diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. After checking several areas, he found the problem, installed the part and left everything as he found it. I would recommend them without any hesitation! Great customer service!

We are a first time customer of Aire Serv and mighty glad that we called to try them out. They were highly recommended by 2 friends that use their service, one of which has been with Aire Serv since 2009. Derek, the service technician, was very good and explain everything thoroughly and we would need to have the capacitator replaced so that we would not have problems with the air conditioning next year. We gave Derek approval to do the replacement and then he told us that Harry does not replace parts just to make a sale but he only replaces parts when they need to be replaced. I told Derek that learning that Harry operates his business in that manner makes us feel confident that we can trust what is reported to us is needed to keep our system in good operating order especially since this is a business in which the customer is totally dependent on what the service technician says needs to be done. I believe that we have found the right heating & air conditioning to take care of us. Thank you Harry, Carolyn and Derek.

Aire Serv has serviced our high-end Carrier Infinity HVAC system for a couple of years now (June 2017). A few days ago Aire Serv installed a new capacitor and new condenser motor. But we had a problem with the system shutting off even when by all indications everything was fine. Jason (on the ground) and Harry (dispatcher) spent most of the entire day Saturday G2ing the possible causes. After consulting with Carrier, they concluded that the condenser motor part that had been installed was not correct. So, Jason and Harry explained this to me, installed a temporary condenser motor to get us through the weekend. Though we did not expect the newer motor part to arrive until Wednesday, Aire Serv got here a day early (today) and installed it. No extra charge. My wife and I are so impressed with the quality of their work, the candor in admitting the error was on their part, and the commitment to getting it right. Moreover, to be responsive in real time over the weekend and literally committing an entire day to solving the problem, was just incredibly impressive. Clearly, Aire Serv is a quality company that walks the talk when it comes to customer service.

Harry and the technicians go above and beyond to meet all your HVAC needs and provide excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and fair priced. They answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this business to everyone. We also used them to repair an emergency problem with our hot water heater which they came out on the weekend to repair. We plan to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Aire Serv has gone above and beyond to service any need we have had with our HVAC unit putting the necessary time in to diagnose a problem. Their technicians are knowledgeable, always polite, and thoroughly explain the situation with the unit and how to solve it. Technicians wear footies over their shoes in the house to keep the house clean. Their pricing is fair. I cannot recommend them more highly.
