    I have been a customer of AireServ for many years, and they continue to take excellent care of my heating and air systems. Their yearly maintenance price is $119 and covers two visits to ensure my filters are clean and my a/c and heating are working properly. They always call me to schedule the bi-annual maintenances, so I don’t have to remember when it’s time to get it done. I highly recommend AireServ!

The range of services they offer is impressive: in addition to HVAC maintenance, they've installed a new attic vent fan and most recently, a dehumidifier in my crawlspace.     Harry and his team did an excellent job again.
    They replaced an old unit for me 7 years ago,
    Maintained it for us with bi-annual inspections and the unit has performed flawlessly.
    This week we called him for a duct condensation leak caused by poor installation by the home builder years ago.
    They came out assessed the issue and had problem solved in 48 hours.
    The general contractor working on a remodel for us couldn’t believe the price and speed of service we received.
    Nobody else will ever work on my hvac.

    We are very happy with Aire Serve. They have been taking care of our heating and air conditioning for several years. They are honest, prompt, polite, and professional. We have used them for annual services, duct work replacement, and installing a new heat pump. We would not consider switching based upon our positive experiences.

    Our thermostat gave out, so they popped in another one. It took about an hour, and they charged us $632, claiming thermostats were very expensive. We did a little research after I paid, nationwide average for this kind of work is $175, maybe tops around $300. I called and complained, only option they gave me was to come back out and take it off and refund everything but $125 for the basic call. I asked if they charge everyone double or triple the going rate. He blamed corporate for the pricing.

    Aire Serv was recommended by a family member as we are new to the area. We were able to get an appointment right away to have our systems serviced and assessed. There was an issue and they were able to fix it during the visit. The technicians were very friendly and explained our systems to us clearly. Repair was made quickly, prices were very fair.     We experienced the WORST service imaginable for a homeowner. A 1 star review is WAY too high!
    We are new to the area. We called Airserv because they are the company that installed the system a little less than 5 years ago.
    Our system was not working properly. The technician arrived with “a chip on his shoulder”. I can’t be sure if it was a result of his previous service stop or this is his normal behavior. We have never experienced a service person as rude and condescending as this man was. He did not want to be questioned about how the system worked or discuss possible solutions. After ~45 minutes of time, he deduced that our Honeywell control board was faulty. If the board wasn’t under warranty, it could cost ~$500! And according to the tech, these control boards only last ~4-5 years. Are you kidding me? Totally NOT true. (Verified this with Honeywell)
    He was to check on the warranty and call me the next day. I am an engineer and totally understand the control board, wiring, etc. so I took it upon myself that evening to verify that indeed the board was “bad”. I discovered that the board was NOT bad but that the board AND thermostat were wired incorrectly. I rewired everything correctly and the system now operates as designed. When the technician called me the next day regarding the control board warranty, I informed him that the board had been wired incorrectly. I tried to explain how it should have been wired and he started shouting that I had voided my warranty by fixing it myself and then hung up on me. FOR REAL??? Why wouldn’t you want to learn something that you could perhaps use at a future service call? Arrogance and superiority most definitely stand in the way of his service abilities. We will NEVER use Airserv EVER AGAIN and caution you all to save your money and call a reputable, customer oriented company.

    I LOVE this company. They get to you quickly, they know what they are doing and they do everything they can to get your system running without having to do expensive replacements. They've brought my HVAC back from the brink of death twice now and I am really pleased that they didn't push me to replace my equipment before it is necessary. This is a company you can trust to do right by you.
