John didn’t explained well the process told him i prefer a trane xr but saying york 6800 everything include it . Didnt minized the quote . Told me an unlicensed hvac is cheaper .

Travis came out in response to my call about our Nest thermostat showing high humidity levels even though Value Heating & Air had just installed a new HVAC system. The unit in the attic was making a noise but it was a simple, quick fix. He reset our Nest thermostat & took it off the wifi which was the problem- the Nest app readings weren't accurate. He used his equipment to check our humidity levels which were perfect! After talking with Travis I decided to have them come back & install a simple thermostat & get rid of the Nest that Duke Power talked me into buying! I appreciate Travis & John's expert advice & honesty! Highly recommend them!

I received genuine customer service throughout the entire process. My installation was completed in less than a day. I was shown how to use my thermostat and how to take care of everything properly. The entire team treated my home with respect and they wore shoe coverings to ensure my floors were felt clean. A few of my neighbors asked me if I would recommend them and I 100% would to anyone. In fact, 2 people on my street are having their systems replaced next week with Value. Thank you so much for your southern hospitality!
