Bobby and Todd came out to inspect my heating unit a second time to help quell my anxiety about having to shell out a large amount of money to repair. Panther was able to schedule a service call the same afternoon I called. Bobby Foard and partner Williams arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat and replaced the faulty unit. Both technicians were professional and personable, giving helpful information for better AC performance. Mr. Foard offered a service maintenance plan by Panther to insure our AC units remain in top condition in the future. The overall service by Panther was excellent and affordable.
