I've been using Panther to service my geothermal heating and cooling system for the past 3 years. I've always found the office to be very responsive in scheduling for both rountine maintenance or when I've encountered ad hoc issues. All of the technicians have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to regular maintenance, Panther replaced a blower fan in one of my geothermal units that was under warranty. They've done work to replace or repair bad automatic dampers in my ducts, and I used them to install a Solaris whole house UV air purifier. Most recently, Brett came out to clear a clogged drain line and perform my annual maintenance check. He even created a short video for me showing how to clean the drain line if I ever need to do it myself. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend the team at Panther for HVAC and geothermal servicing.

William came out to service my 3 units. Did a great job. I really like the communication from the office. He was able to find a capacitor that was going bad and change that out so that we wouldn't be without heat all of a sudden. Our last gas pack was purchased through Panther. The install was seamless and I'm super happy with the unit!

Our system failed one evening after a rain storm. We called Panther the next morning and they had a tech here within 24 hours. It took Jack less than an hour to diagnose and repair the system. Good job Jack and good job Panther!
