My technician Bobby was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I’m am very pleased with the quality and care from Panther.

Terry came out today to help get us on the annual plan where they proactively look at our heating and air systems twice a year. During that time he found out my gas pressure was too high and adjusted it. I’d also been sitting on a thermostat that I was trying to install upstairs and he got that finished also. We also needed some surge protectors for our heating and cooling and we got all that complete.

We have used Panther for all our heating and cooling needs for nearly 30 years - including installing and maintaining humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Technician Bobby Foard usually comes to our house and is always punctual, personable and very knowledgeable. He keeps us informed every step of the way and leaves us with a detailed description of work done. We have also been impressed with the quality of other contractors they work with when needed to complete a job - i.e. plumbers, electricians, mold remediation, etc. In short, I would highly recommend Panther!!

Panther installed my whole house system 3 years ago. I had annual service yesterday, and Brett did a thorough job and was very professional. During the service, it came to our attention the unit had pulled away from the house creating a gap. Panther immediately sent out their install team to correct the problem.

Edgar and Enrique serviced the call and did an excellent job, even better than I had hoped. They replaced the metalwork and neatly caulked with care and precision. Panther is the team you want when it comes to HVAC and their team members make it a pleasure.

We had Panther install a Solaris house air purification system. Bobby Foard came out and evaluated our house and system and recommended the Solaris UV system. A few days later Bobby came and installed the unit in 30 minutes and showed us how to operate the system which is very easy to operate. Bobby was punctual, professional and then took his time answering our questions. We highly recommend Panther Heating and Cooling.
