I have been working with Panther Heating and Cooling for several years now. They have serviced two existing units for me, and I have purchased one new system from them. They are always very responsive and proactive, and the staff at Panther has always been friendly and pleasant to work with. I've dealt with the owner a time or two (also positive experiences), but the main reason I'm posting today is to recognize one of their technicians, Joey, who did my fall gas heating system service yesterday. I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies over the years and have had a lot of systems serviced, but Joey did the most patient, thorough and competent service I think I've seen to date. Really took his time, asked a lot of questions and basically just made sure that things were "right." He found a small gas leak in my attic system, repaired it using existing hardware (vs. trying to sell me something new and unnecessary) and was very insistent that I re-check the leak over the next few days. I was so impressed with him that I called Panther this morning to give him some recognition and learned that after he left my house, he called the dispatcher to be sure that they followed up with me to be sure that I had done the re-check! Again, just very competent and conscientious. Great job Joey and great job Panther!

Edward Woods was very professional knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job today. Gina, in the office was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I had a wonderful experience with Panther and will certainly be using them again.

Solaris was installed on Trane HVAC... I have had nothing but a positive outcome with Panther's employees... thank you for your commitment! Two aged systems were replaced March 2021.... Panther is the Best!

This company pushes to sell sell sell. Worked there 3 months and almost everyday my calls were fixing other techs messes. The service manager knows nothing about hvac and to be a pastor lied to me about a shortage of calls one day when I know it wasn't true. Only 1 tech has been there for years. The rest only a few months. So if you dont want a salesman but a technician call someone else. It's all about numbers to them not employees. Call backs after call backs. Bobby foard would be the only one I trust there. Tim the manager is passive aggressive and didnt even know what hvac stood for. Even the other techs dislike him. Who wears crocs to work anyway? They put a 17 year old and 20 year old in a van with only couple months of training. If u call them at least ask for bobby. Worse company I ever worked for mainly cause they lie and care nothing about the employees. All are new but maybe 3. Revolving door for sure with employees. Hannah in the office is great!

It was time to replace our duct work and our HVAC unit even though our warranty with the other local company had not yet expired. We just were not happy with the other other company at all! 6 Breakdowns in 6 years! We begin to talk to others and we knew when Josh Geddings from Panther came there was need to go any further. We found the Best! Josh was so knowledgeable, so fair in his pricing, and so understanding about our problem. They came on time, did quality work, and left job site spotless! The Technicians were as nice as could be and took all precautions with regards to Covid 19 protocols. It all finished when one of their inspectors came and checked the work and gave us a personal tutorial on the new thermostat. We could not be any happier!!
