Comfort Zone of the Carolinas

Just want to share my experience with Comfort Zone of the Carolinas. Great company to deal with and have great products and pricing. But I need to share my experience on an unfortunate event that transpired. The reason I called for a quote is because they offer the Wells Fargo Financing option which worked well because we have the Wells Fargo Carrier Credit Card. Matt from Comfort Zone was great and offered me the proper system. Prior to ordering I asked Matt about our situation and our Credit card through Wells Fargo and asked him to run the card first just in case there's any issues. He guarantee not to worry and that will not be an issue as they have their financing through Wells Fargo. So the order was placed and the new system installed. Once the time came for payment then the issue started. Apparently they are a vendor for Wells Fargo on financing but not for the carrier credit card program. We declined to run our credit for financing again due to the impact on our credit scores. They had to come back out and remove the new unit and furnace. They left me without AC and could not install my old unit. As for customer satisfaction they should have gone above and beyond to reinstall my older unit until we can get someone else out here that has that program through Wells Fargo. I feel they lack understanding on their product financing options through Wells Fargo. If they would of ran that card prior to installation we would not have gone through all this mess. They did confirm they drop the ball and apologized but at least they should have follow through with at least installing back the older unit. That would have been a WOW moment for me and any other consumer would agree. For consumers out there, if you already have financing through Wells Fargo please make sure they run payment first to be sure. Not a bad company at all just lack of customer satisfaction.

We recently had our first service call for annual maintenance. Allen, our technician, was very professional and answered all our questions. He was prompt and wore shoe coverings to protect our home. We feel good about our choice in selecting Comfort Zone.

Best heating and air service in York County, SC. They replaced the entire unit in our old house, and now service and repair the 3 units in our current house I could not imagine another company providing honest and courteous service any better than Jason and his team. Always prompt and fix the problem. We highly recommend them to anyone in York County! We are customers for life!

The technician was very informative about how to change different filters and how to keep our system running better. He was very polite and wore shoe covers while in our home. Thanks Allen!

Comfort Zone of the Carolinas is everything you would want in an HVAC company. We recently experienced a lightning strike to our home resulting in one of our air conditioners not working. Comfort Zone was timely in sending out a service technician to diagnose our problem. Thankfully, our problem required replacement of a part rather than the entire system. Our air conditioner is running beautifully thanks to competent, knowledgeable, and honest service technicians. The office staff was courteous. The technicians were professional and punctual. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone to my friends and family.

I have been calling on Comfort Zone since I moved to the Catawba area of Rock Hill 2 years ago, My unit in the home I purchased was basically on its final leg, They've assited in keeping it running at its peak, until recently replacing the unit. I can't express how Thankful My family and I are for such a great company through this rough time we've had lately. Both services were after hours and within an hour of being called and the new unit is amazing. And again thanks for having techs that are polite, respectful, and so professional...They are obviously well trained and very knowledgable in their trade...

Comfort Zone has great customer service! My 3 year old HVAC unit stopped functioning properly. Comfort Zone had a technician at my house with an hour of me calling. The technician, Travis Alexander, diagnosed the problem and replace my dual capacitor in less than 20 mins. We had ice cold air within minutes of the repair. Thanks for your awesome service Comfort Zone!

John was very nice and professional when he came out to look at my AC unit today. We've had problems with our AC for 5 years (our house is only 5 years old), and have had multiple people from different companies to come look at it. We finally got an HONEST and straight forward answer as to what was wrong. The charges were very reasonable and I was very pleased with their service. There are alot of HVAC companies around, but you want someone who takes personal care with you and your home. Jason and Comfort Zone do that. They came an inspected our house before we paid them a dime; they listened to what we needed and made suggestions. When we were ready to move ahead, they did all the work in less than a week and our house has been much more comfortable ever since! I highly recommend Comfort Zone of the Carolinas!
