Comfort Zone of the Carolinas

The owners are great people and the employees are very friendly and professional. We have been getting all of our repairs done using them and we ended up replacing our entire system a little over a year ago. The work was quality and affordable. We recommend this company to anyone that needs help with heating and air issues.

Bryon the technician was very thorough, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and performed excellent maintenance on my HVAC. This was my first use of the company and he was so good that I signed up for a yearly HVAC maintenance contract. Highly recommend.

An outstanding experience all around. A serious problem was discovered during maintenance of our home's A/C system. Comfort Zone of Carolinas was assigned by our home warranty company. Comfort Zone's technician, Jonathan, came to our home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and capable. He was also a great guy and an excellent communicator. Trusted him immediately. Jonathan diagnosed the problem and, along with Louise back in the office, navigated the difficult business of dealing with a home warranty company to get the job done right. A tough repair was done exactly as promised. Very satisfied and grateful. We now have an HVAC company we can trust and rely on. I highly recommend them.

This team came out to do my families initial install when we were building the house. They were professional, kind and most importantly they were honest. When they came out to do their service, they again were kind, professional and honest. They relay knowledge and give you pointers on how to prolong the life of your HVAC unit. My family is very pleased with this team.

Five stars to Comfort Zone of the Carolinas! The old HVAC unit was 25years old, when it finally gave up. We were starting VBS at the church, the area without cold air was the dining hall. Jason brought the cavalry with him. They worked nonstop until the cold air was blowing and the dining hall was 74 degrees. They are the best of the best!
