My reason for poor rating is not due to the services received. My reason for a poor rating is due to the lack of response from Megan the administrative assistant in the office. On the rare occasion you speak with her, she never returns the call. How long does it take to get a price quote on a part? I have left multiple messages to request my winter prep maintenance of my HVAC and I also left a message letting her know my parents wanted to start using them for their HVAC services and it's been 3 weeks. No one has returned my call. I even called from different number and no luck. I just can not do business like this.
