Sorry for the late review, as I was
thinking about scheduling our maintenance when I realized I never did a review for our emergency service over the Summer. It was a very hot July Saturday morning when we got up and realized had no ac. I called and spoke to Claude, Within a couple of hours Claude Mcalhaney came out and had us up and running in no time. Claude was kind, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air!!

We hired this company to install a new system in our home with duct work.When we 1st started shopping for a new system we were looking for the cheapest system available but thank goodness they educated us on the downsides of the low level brands. We have been in this home for over 20 years and its never felt so good.Not to mention the dust level is probably 80% less. Loved the whole process and would tell anyone to use them.

I was given Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning and Electric's phone number by a neighbor that had used them previously and said they were great. I called early in the morning and left a message. I was provided a call back shortly after by the owner of the company who stated that he would have someone come out that day around 9 a.m. Mind you this was in August and two other companies I called could not come until the following day. After setting the appt, I received an email confirmation of that appt which was great. Upon their arrival, I met Claude who was fantastic. We figured out the problem which I turned out to have fixed by vacuuming the drain pipe. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I talked to him about some cooling problems that I have been experiencing and he checked out my system. Immediately, they determined that I did not have enough returns for the size of my house. I asked them for a quote and was provided one in a few minutes. What I liked most about this company was Claude called the owner of the company in front of me while on speaker and explained my problem. The owner did not know I was on speaker and spoke very honestly about what was needed. I agreed to the fix and was very pleased by the price.

They were scheduled to come the next day to upgrade my unit as well as add returns and new duct work. The following day, a full crew about 4 guys showed up and had everything finished before noon. The owner said he decided to bring the whole crew because he knew I had a 2 year old who was sleeping upstairs as well as my mother-in-law visiting and wanted to make sure that things got finished that day.

They have a customer for life and I will recommend to anyone who asks or I know has an AC issue.

Claude does a fantastic job and is very personable and accommodating. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning for any and all HVAC services needed.

Claude did an amazing job with unclogging my sink. He was friendly, and very professional. I truly appreciate his work ethic and diligence.

My experience with Southern Seasons Heating and Air has been very positive. The technicians are courteous and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. They are willing to go the extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied.

. This is our second year using this company for AC/Heater maintenance. We had a few issues last year when we bought our house. They were able to get things running with minimal coats and not being forced to buy a new unit. It's refreshing.

I have had great luck with this company! We use have an annual package and they are timely. I appreciate that they give me a call when they are on their way. I also believe the price shopping t hey helped us do when picking an hvac system was a huge help and gave me greater confidence in our final decision.

Claude and Cruze were very professional. They responded quickly when I need them and they fixed my heat/ax problem the same day. They also gave a detailed explanation of the issue and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this team.
