Claude and Cruze were great! Had a bad capacitor on my A/C unit and these guys were at my house within about three hours and had my unit back up and running. The best the other businesses I contacted could do was schedule me anywhere from 2-4 days out. And these guys didn't charge an "emergency service" fee or any of that garbage. Highly recommend, will be using them for all my A/C needs in the future!

On time. Guys were here when they said they would be here. They were careful with my walls and floors. Efficient and completed installation in about 4 hours. A couple of days after installation, Claude came to inspect work and see if there were any issues as I had a few days to see how it worked. No problems. Would recommend this company.

Two days before leaving on a week's vacation I had Claude come check my system, as it was making horrible noises. I'd planned on turning it off while away. They had been by in October with an honest assessment that I would be replacing this system soon.
After checking the compressor, etc. the news was: "What are you doing tomorrow?"
They showed up on time, and a couple of hours later they had moved a plant (replanted it for me!) and moved the location of the outside unit to the side of the house from under the MBR window. A hurricane proof concrete slab was put down. I realized that my old unit had not been putting out much heat.
I programmed the new thermostat for AWAY and went on vacation, confident about my new system. It has been great and quiet. I figured out the wireless and have the timing set night and day.
I want to say that Claude and the crew are tops. It is what you hope for when you have a big situation like this - courteous, timely, neat and well priced. They even helped me with my Dominion rebate.
There are a lot of recommendations out there but you don't need to look any further than Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning.

Great experience! I called mid morning and a Claude and his son Cruze was at my home by mid afternoon! Claude was very thorough with his inspections and made sure he was thoroughly analyzing my problem. I cannot express with words how wonderful Southern Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is! They installed my HVAC system close to a year ago. They were simply amazing during that process, always kind, professional and thorough! I have had other work done to my home, and very regretfully did not use their services as I was unaware they do these other services. During this recent plumbing line job, with another company many things went wrong. The job was not done well, but Claude and his son came and offered me wonderful advice to ensure things were done correctly. They did this even though I did not use their services, and have never let me down during this arduous process with the another company. They even, came in and fixed the other company's tears which were made in my duct work when the water heater was removed ! They did not have to do that ,however, Claude offered and was at my home the next morning to help me. I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning and no one else ! I will use them for all and any other projects at my home that falls within their scope! They are simply the BEST !

You will not find better customer service than Southern Seasons Heating and Air! They treat your emergency like it is their emergency. Repairs are conducted in the dark, in the cold, on the weekends, on holidays with no complaining! I would highly recommend Southern Seasons HVAC for all of your heating and air needs!

I have had an excellent experience with Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. I found them after having a bad experience with my home warranty company and the service company that was assigned when my HVAC unit broke down recently.

My service technician, Cruze, was courteous and very knowledgeable. The owner, Claude McAlhany, has such a good heart. Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning has been an absolute godsend. It’s such a relief to deal with a trustworthy company that makes you feel like everything is going to be well taken care of. They are a solid company, I absolutely trust them and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Claude was OUTSTANDING with his on-site support, attention to detail, and subject matter expertise. Claude advised me on the possible maintenance ahead (to ensure my HVAC system continues to perform at its optimal capability) and he was truly customer oriented. Southern Seasons Heating and Air repaired our AC that had not been working for over 4 weeks. The previous HVAC company could not get it fixed after 2 separate service calls. Claude was very competent, and courteous and had us up and running in less than an hour. We had been customers of the other company for 26 years and we've now switched to Southern Seasons .
