This is an honest and professional business. Claude tried to save me money and kept my 2 old systems limping along for 2 years before they finally quit. Each time he visited he was prompt and got the job done correctly. I have 2 new air systems now and probably won't see Claude or Southern Seasons Heating and Air for 10 years at my house but I enjoyed doing business with Southern Seasons Heating HVAC

Claude Mc serviced our heat pump system today and we are very pleased with his work and approach to our lack of equal temperature throughout our home. And he is going to get with his service manager on what we need to do to achieve this as it will also help our unit work less and be more efficient. Good man on the job. I replaced two 12 year old AC and Heating units. I chose Southern Seasons Heating and Air, and Trane because of the very positive online customer reviews. I also had two neighbors that were very pleased with the install service they received. I also chose Southern Seasons HVAC because of the high customer focus the owner conveyed to me when he came and looked at my existing system. He told me that he had a high-quality and stabile workforce because he invests in the best. That was a very important item for me, because the installers would be all through my house. After the install that took from 7:35 AM to 3:00 PM, I am now a believer in the team he sent. They were very careful in the house and courtieous. Vacuumed up any debris from the attic. Picked up all trash and packaging from the yard. Finally, there were no surprises. I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air, and Trane. Very pleased.

Claude M took very detailed notes and measurements. He took the time to explain everything even down to checking the amperage draw of the motors and capacitance of the capacitor. They were fast and very transparent about the process. They identified things that need to be fixed and potentially problems in the future. Their prices were very reasonable!

I have a new home and my first use of the heater didn't produce heat. Southern Seasons did the install and warranty. I called and got friendly service. I missed the call for the technician to be scheduled. When I called back to schedule, they knew my name and had someone out quickly. The tech was friendly and got it working quickly. The builder forgot to turn on the internal and external gas valves prior to turning over the house. The service call was free due to warranty. Very happy.

Called them on a holiday weekend with no heat. Received a call back within 15 minutes and a visit by their technician within an hour. Very professional and honest people.
We ended up needing a new system which was installed two days later. Cleanest contractors we have ever had in our house. They actually brought tarps and protective sheeting to protect our floors and walls while old unit was removed! I couldn't even tell they had been in our house...except it is much warmer now!

Claude and his son were professional and on time. I was at work most of the day while the instillation of our AC unit happened. But my wife said the crew was professional and very friendly.

I stopped on my way home from work that day to pick up some groceries. When I got home one of the guys in the crew offered to help carry in some groceries after working in my attic all day. I wish I got everyone’s name because they really went above and beyond. Besides the amazing customer service, our new AC is working wonderfully. I highly recommend using this company.
