Mr. Claude and his team were amazing. He came out very quick to check our AC unit. Fixed some of the dampers that we stuck closed in a home and replaced our AC unit quickly and very affordable. Claude & Cruze are a true credit to your co. Within 24 hours the 2 service calls(diagnosis then parts installation) resolved the furnace issue. Claude found a wire end (in bad shape)that was the likely cause of the failure and saved the cost of installing a new control bd. Experience and attention to detail, plus asking pertinent questions helped make us whole within 24 hrs.

I called Southern Seasons first thing this morning because my A/C was suddenly not blowing cold air all night, and the weather has just gotten hot. The nice woman who helped me was empathetic and promised me they'd fit me in today. Sure enough, one of their most experienced technicians, Claude, showed up this afternoon and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. It was a fairly simple fix that will require an electrician to ensure it doesn't happen again, and Claude was extra conscientious to write every technical detail down so I can show whomever I hire. He also gave me a lot of good advice related to the long-term health of the system. I recommend this company and Claude

We recently relocated from out of state and had SC Heating and Air do a complete change of our HVAC system. Sam and Team did a great job as the work was done with care and there was great attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything that was going on. They gave me multiple option on how best to proceed. The communication and timeliness of job completion met my expectations. As someone from out of town it can be hard to know who you can rely on to get an honest / competitive quote, do the work correctly, do the work timely and do it for good price that was quoted. Highly recommended.

. With pollen as it is currently this season I had to flip on the A/C early and sadly the unit I had was on its last leg. Southern Seasons HVAC came out quickly, assessed the unit and was able to secure everything needed to come out within the next day. Having company in town they made the install their #1 priority, coming out in the early hours on the day of the Bridge Run! Due to the quick turn around and it being over the weekend they weren't able to get all parts but they did have the a/c up and running within just a few short hours. The owner himself came back Monday to check on everything and to finish off the job. He made sure that I was satisfied and knew how to work the new system.
