Had a GREAT experience with Southern Seasons heating and air. I booked a consultation with Claude because I was having an issue where my a/c unit would randomly stop cutting on for hours at a time. Claude helped explain to me the internal issues the unit was experiencing and helped me make a decision based on my budget. Will definitely use Southern Seasons HVAC again in the future!

After two months of a nightmare with our waiting with our home warranty through a different company, we independently reached out to Southern Seasons,explained the situation to Claude and his son Cruze got the part we needed that day and came to do the repair the next business day. He was prompt, responsive, friendly, and was able to make the repair and restore our heat. It was hugely appreciated and they saved the day!

I called before hours. They promptly returned my call. The service technician claude said he was on the way. Claude arrived quickly and got to work on the problem right a way. He quickly determined I had a bad capacitor and replaced it. He was very nice and professional. Great Customer Service ! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. 👍

I don’t know any of the other employees, but Mr. Mcalhaney the owner was a wonderful person to deal with, and his knowledge of his trade is astonishing. He verbally walked my wife and I thoroughly through each step of our new heating and cooling system, installation and replacement options. He stood by his word on everything he told us down to the penny on the price. He is a priceless individual in this world today. I wish every contractor I dealt with was half as honest as this man. Wish i could give him and his team 10 stars!

I couldn’t be more happy with the fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service I received. I sent a message on Monday after business hours and had my AC back up to full operation by Tuesday afternoon at a fraction of the cost I expected! Had Claude out the other day to check out my a/c unit that wasn’t working. He checked out the unit explained the problem and what it would cost to get it working again. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sign me up for a service agreement and I got my a/c unit working again before the hot weather gets here. I've used Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning since 20012 extremely satisfied with service, quality, dependability, cost, and responsiveness. The range of services they offer is impressive: in addition to HVAC maintenance, they've installed a new attic vent fan and most recently, a dehumidifier in my crawlspace. Claude and his team are fantastic!
