Service call for a refrigerant leak in my central A/C system. Claude was my technician and he was excellent. Very professional, friendly, fast quality work, answered all my questions and explained things well, all around great customer service and made the experience I had with Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning . Fast, quality work with reasonable prices, my A/C has been working great ever since.

I have known Claude McAlhany at Southern Seasons for many years. I found him to be courteous, prompt and extremely proficient with his technical knowledge of HVAC work. I would highly recommend his company for any air conditioning, heating issues you may have.

It was a pleasure doing business with Claude. I absolutely appreciated the fact that Claude was able to schedule a next day appointment at my home for a quote. Everything was literally done in a matter of 20 minutes or less and I was on the schedule the following week for installation. Great guy, along with a great set of crew members that went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Would absolutely use this company again, and even refer to my family and friends!

Great service, amazing response times and honest advice about what my home needed. They replaced a whole unit for me in the dead of summer with almost no time in between my old unit dying and the new one coming in, they even cut in a new floor register to help the master room get cooler because it was several degrees different from the rest of the house. (They even took the flush mounted wood one I bought to match my other vents and cut everything to fit it) Their techs are courteous and timely. Will absolutely use this service for my HVAC needs.

Claude and his staff are great! I have been using them 29years ( I think ) and they have always been on time and provided great service and I have always been pleased. I just had to have a new system put in the house and while we were making plans to move forward with it we decided that we would replace ALL the 40 year old duct work so needless to say this was quite a job. Claude came in (takes his shoes off every time) and we talked about locating some vents to other areas to make the best use of the new system and he was very knowledgeable about placement and took great pains to not damage the new flooring that had just been installed. long story short I own a small business and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I feel I have been provided with a great product. thank you Claude and Cruze!

We have Service plan and had a new thermostat installed back in 2020, very professional, Our AC unit stopped working this past Friday 10/12/2022 my husband called them late in the afternoon, they were there within the hour, 5 stars there. Our unit is old years past its recommended time. Technician was clear to what was wrong and offered us a couple of different options, from repair to replacement. He was very honest and courteous to our needs. We decided to replace our unit due to age of our system and they are installing today, they followed up with us over the weekend and 1st thing Saturday let us know they could install today... Highly recommend Southern Seasons and invest in their service plan too... 5 stars..

When it was finally time to replace our old air unit, we received excellent customer service from Claude and his son Cruze talked with us about our options and made sure we were aware of everything needed to make the best decision on our new unit. If you are looking for heating and air unit installation I would recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air based off my recent experience with them. I’ve had several consultations with different businesses in this line of work and after careful consideration I chose based off a few factors. First Claude was the rep that came out, looked at everything, provided me with options, was courteous, and very patient as it took me a while to decide which option was best for my situation. At no time did I feel pressured into making any decisions. Second, his crew was professional. Each guy had their tasks and they were on point with completing each task. Answered any questions I had respectability and cleaned up after themselves. Finally, the unit I chose was considered the most efficient based off other company quotes and Claude was able to do the same job and saved me $2900 vs his competition. (He is not aware of this, lol). I am not affiliated with Southern Seasons Heating and Air nor have I received anything for proving a review for them. Just simply posting to let others know of the exceptional experience I had with them. And it cost nothing to have Claude come out and give me his recommendations. . This company took the time to breakdown and explain the new installation of my HVAC system and what I needed for my 2000 sq ft split level house. The communication between the salesman/tech and the scheduling for install went smoothly and precise. The financing part was an excellent experience. Everyone went above and beyond to make this installment as stress free as possible and did an outstanding job. We had Claude here for the first time six months ago and now for the spring maintenance check up of our HVAC/AC units. He replaced one of our capacitors this time. We believe that in Claude we finally found a "trustworthy AC guy" to work with!
He's reliable, professional, upfront and very reasonably priced. I have to admit that I lost faith in dealing with various AC companies, but I believe Claude deserves a shot!
