After having two other contractors come out and incorrectly diagnose the problem with my system after a lightning strike, John was able to correctly diagnose and fix my system in no time and for a very reasonable price. He is highly knowledgeable and very professional. If you need any kind of repair or service make sure to call this company.

I think I can summarize my opinion of John Gradick and his crew at Passion HVAC by pointing out that this is the second time I've used them and both times I feel like they've earned 5 stars. The long story is this: My upstairs unit was old and inefficient. Since it didn't work well, the downstairs unit struggled and couldn't keep up. Pretty much the entire house was uncomfortable and both units ran nonstop over the summer before last. To be thorough, I obtained 3 estimates. John was right on par with the lowest estimate (admittedly I would have paid a little more given his company's high quality work for me on another project). From the estimate, through the install to follow up questions, John is available and helpful. Over this past summer I could achieve the target temperature that I dialed in AND my bill was lower. Of note, the bill would have been lower even without the 15% SCE&G reduction. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend! My air conditioner went out earlier today (On a blazing hot day I might add). Less than an hour after leaving a message my call was returned. John came out to my house at 7:30 p.m.! I could not believe that I would not have to wait until the next day!! By 8:00 my air was fixed and my little boys are resting comfortably tonight. Thank heavens! It was a quick and easy service visit with no hassle!

John and his team from Passion Heating and Air fixed my air conditioner the same day and on top of that, I called at 5:30 and they where out in an hour. John clearly explained what he thought the problem was before he started and communicated thru out the AC fix what he was doing. He clearly knows how to treat customers and he uses a common sense approach while offering fair service rates. These qualities are very hard to come

Always skeptical of coupon service calls, but, this was the exception, John was great. Prompt, courteous, professional, explained everything without me getting out my checkbook before he left. I plan to use them from now on for my heating and air and will know I don't have anything to worry about!

Our air conditioning went out at the beginning of the weekend of July 4th- one of the hottest weekends so far. We had our family here for the weekend, and the other company we called couldn't come until Monday! After spending a very warm day in our 84 degree condo, we called John who came right out on a Sunday. He had us up and running in a flash. He was very professional, knowledgable, and so good to work with. We will be using John for all of our future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

We woke to no heat and 56F in our kitchen this morning. Josh and Robbie were here at noon and by 2pm had fixed the problem without an exorbitant charge. We are very thankful for their expertise and friendly service. Highly recommend this family run, local business.

After having my A/C not cooling my house sufficiently for 8 years, and having 2 other companies investigate the issue. Which was due to the air coming into and going out of my air handler only being 14 degrees difference. Now the system has a difference of 20 degrees difference thanks to Passion, and working now great. Was impressed with Passion's work ethic and the technical even had enough respected to wear disposable shoe covers in my house. My experience with other HVAC companies would be for them to try to get the service charge and then get out as quickly as possible and not caring if the issues was fixed. When I would tell other companies the HVAC system still wasn't cooling my house they would tell me there is nothing else we can do the system is working as it should. Passion spent three hours diagnosing my system and honestly seems as if I wasn't a inconvenience for taking up there time. Would defiantly use them again for yearly servicing or if other issues arise in the future.

Absolutely amazing service! Called them when our AC gave out on 4th of July weekend and John was here 5 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and gave us a fair price all within a half hour. A+++
