Passion Heating and Air has been great for us, always on time and very fair pricing. Highly recommended! 01/14/22 Just had them check out our system as the heating wasn't quite right, found and fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly checked the system out. Another 5 stars!

Great customer service. John showed up shortly after I called and diagnosed the problem. He took the time to explain the heat pump system and and what repairs were needed. He returned the next day to assist me with the installation of a new thermostat. I will only be using Passion Heating and Air in the future.

When I contacted John at Passion Heating, regarding the air not working in my home, the service tech arrived within 45 minutes as promised. They are through, honest, efficient, and patient; any and all questions are answered to the customer's understanding. The customer service is superb. I highly recommend Passion Heating.

Best service experience we have ever had at Kiawah and on a Saturday! Within 2 hours of our call, the friendly and competent serviceman arrived at just the time he said he would. He diagnosed our AC problem and even had the necessary parts for the repair on his truck! Excellent, fast and professional service!!

The quote given to me for a replacement water heater was fair and accurate. An appointment was promptly scheduled and the installer arrived on time. The employee was courteous and answered my questions. The old unit was taken away and any debris was cleaned up. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Passion Heating and Air and plan to use them again for my future needs.

I am so pleased with the service we received!! Our heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year and they sent someone to our house within 2 hours of my phone call. Super reasonable price and fast repair! Really friendly too. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

My AC has been running better since having Passion come out and perform yearly maintenance. John does a thorough job and explains everything he is doing along the way. He has also repaired duct work in my attic that resulted in actual monetary savings on my electric bill. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs!

John and his team are great! When our old HVAC shut down the heat of the summer and it was to hot to sleep in our home with our two year old we called John and he immediately send Mike Johnson who was quick professional and informative. Everything works great now!

Josh from Passion Heating and Air came out to our house this morning for an inspection. He was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and let us know what to expect as the unit gets older. It was helpful to find out that our AC unit wasn't keeping up all the time this summer because the unit itself is smaller (12 seer) than the standard minimum now, and not that it was broken or leaking coolant. Thanks!
