I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I will only use Passion Heating and Air from now on! John went above and beyond to resolve all of my AC issues. He explained what had to be fixed, what was required to fix it and how to prevent future problems from occurring. He was extremely informative with every question I had. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was in perfect condition before he was done. To top it all off the price was extremely fair! I will recommend Passion Heating and Air to all of my friends and family from here on out. Thank you John!

Working with John and his team was a pleasure! When he found out my AC was completely out, he came out to my house within a couple of hours. He was very responsive and walked me through the process in detail, providing me with all of my options. Once he replaced my unit, he came back for a follow up visit to make sure everything was working fine. I would recommend Passion Heating and Air to anyone!

John was very prompt and fixed my AC without my being in town. He worked me into his schedule within 2 days and ID'd my AC issues and kept me in the loop in the meantime. In 2018 Passion Heating and Air installed a new HVAC unit in my mobile home. They were quick and efficient and the price was good. They are very responsive to all my needs where my unit is concerned. Their prices are very competitive with other companies in the area. I would recommend them to anyone to use.

Our heat went out on the coldest day in the past year and quickly after leaving a message I was called by the owner John. He had a technician out there ASAP and he quickly found out we had a gas leak!

Not only did they quickly shut off the gas to keep us safe they gave us an accurate and fair price quote and quickly installed our new system so we could get warm again. The owner John even stopped by to check on things and introduce himself. I highly recommend this company.

John came over on short notice and was able to pinpoint immediately what the issue was with our heater. So nice to have warm heat blowing again! He showed me exactly what was going on with our unit, fixed some things for us now and told us about bigger issues that would be upcoming that we decided to hold off on for now. He was knowledgeable about the unit and made some suggestions for maintenance and replacement in the future. He worked quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely use them again!

Passion Heating and Air are absolutely the best. I have used them since I bought my house on Johns Island in 2014. They have been there for me at the spur of the moment and kept me in AC for the last 5 years. One time I tried someone else, and they told me I needed an entire new system ($6000). I was floored. I called John and asked him to come confirm and he said "no, you just need...." I don't remember what it was, but he fixed it up for a couple hundred. I feel like I really dodged a bullet on that one. Since then, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else, because with Passion, I know I get honesty, integrity and quality. I highly recommend them.

John is extremely knowledgeable and fair. He offered my family an air handler and compressor that was superior in quality to all other quotes and at a more reasonable price. The install team came out in the morning, and had everything done by the afternoon. They were courteous and cleaned up all their materials. Top notch all around!

Steve was very polite and respectful of our home. He did a thorough job and gave us an evaluation of our systems upon his completion. This was our yearly inspection and service and we are very happy with the service of Passion Heat and Air.
