Only issue I had was they didn’t turn the power to the cooling unit back on properly & the unit didn’t run causing home to heat up to 76 degrees. When I called call center. & got call back from on-call tech, he walked me thru, on the phone, how to plug the power switch in correctly & unit began working. No issue with trainee who probably put it in wrong. Part of learning!! Jeremy was a very professional & nice young man as was Jeff! Thanks. I’m glad you all will be taking care of us.
