All staff that we had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, friendly, clean, trustworthy and worked fast to ensure we were up and running as fast as possible. Josh was great about Coordinating the service call and follow up on what was needed And communicating with me and the tenants. The office is always good to talk to, also. I’ve used many HVAC companies managing properties and AGL is tops in my book.

My husband met with the technician and said he was so impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to.explain and show him the issue, discussed the repair time, and everything involved. He did NOT try and oversell or under estimate the issue. He went far and beyond to check the warranty and continues to make himself available. We will definitely recommend the company

AGL has been our go to heating & air service for years. They are on time and very professional. Jimmy just got us up a running in 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon, he's a great service tech on their team.

AGL is always on time and even early sometime.The service rep always calls about 30 min. Before they come.Staff is knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done and gives an estimate.Then you choose if your wanting to go forward.It also needs to be said the office staff is always polite and works well with us.We highly recommend.

Ricky, Chris and the rest of the AGL team have worked on repairs at two of my older homes in Charleston. After having terrible experiences with other HVAC companies 6 or 7 years ago, once we switched to AGL, we’ve been very happy. Eventually, the units in both homes needed to be replaced. One needed to be replaced mid-August which is a-sub-optimal time of year to get anyone in a timely manner. They did just that. Got us a unit and got it installed in a prompt and professional manner. They are always prompt to respond, even if that means calling during the middle of the workday or after a long workday. They’ve established a professional relationship with us that we feel completely confident in their services and warranties.They are a local business that has highly qualified technicians and they truly care about their clients. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.!

AGL was so easy to work with. Everyone that we have been in contact with has been very friendly and helpful. Everyone showed up on time and did a great job. The owner came after the installation of our new HVAC system to make sure everything was right and to our satisfaction before we even were billed for the service. We just had our first annual maintenance in the system and the technician was super friendly and on time. He got everything checked out and cleaned. Can't say enough good things about this company. This is the second house and unit that that they have installed and serviced for me.
