I’ve worked here for almost 2 years. I have 15 years in the industry and can say this is the best hvac company I’ve ever worked for. The owners are extremely nice and would give you their shirt off there back if needed. The service manager is one of the smartest hvac minds I’ve ever met. If you need hvac work done this is definitely the place to call.

Their personnel always show up on time, do efficient work and clean up when they’re done. They’ve been taking care of our Hvac system for several years now and would highly recommend them.

I requested a quote to replace my older HVAC ( heat pump) system. Shonn came right on time for our appointment. He kindly spent about an hour and a half checking my current system, duct work, and answering alot of questions I had. Shonn was very forthright and honest. Trane equipment has a number of unique features and a longer labor warranty than a number of other brands. The price I was quoted semed very reasonable. I haven't decided whether to try and get another year out of my current system or proactively replace the system now before it breaks down. I will check with at least one other brand and contractor but I will likely strongly lean toward having AGL install a Trane system.

AGL was highly recommended to me by other HVAC companies that did not service Water Furnace brand. I have had bad experiences with other HVAC companies over the years. Now in my 4th or fifth year with AGL and couldn’t be more pleased. Becky, Jade, and Gentry are the delightful women who answer your call.

We had an emergency HVAC malfunction and AGL was there for us and fixed it within 1 1/2 hours AND we live 12 hours away! Amazing service!! Thank you 🌸

HVAC maintenance performed. Very experienced and friendly. Had many other companies try to resolve our A/C and humidity issues — this one finally figured out the problem(s).

These are bad guys that do a bad job. It's unfortunate that I even have to write this because I repeatedly talked to the owner but he chose to be very unprofessional in his response.

In two separate phone calls I explained to the owner that his technician lied to him about doing anything more then putting in a faulty part when he came here. A part for our A/C that broke before their guy pulled out the drive way. They also claimed they drained something in the crawl space but that also turned out to be untrue.

I repeatedly explained all this to the owner but unfortunately he is extremally unprofessional. Sadly he leads a company of people who are out to cheat and lie and then expect you to pay a bill. His man clearly lied to him, sold the part, and put in someone's old broken part because the part he supposedly installed was not even new. All of which is information I gave to the owner but his response was FU pay me.

Avoid!

Excellent Company. Very responsive and their technicians are very thorough and great. Would highly recommend them.
