All of the service techs that have come to our home to inspect, ultimately replace our HVAC system, and do preventative maintenance on our HVAC system, are prompt, courteous, and respectful inside (masks and booties worn inside) and outside of our home. Ricky (the owner) follows up with us, the customer, to make sure all work is completed to our satisfaction and to his high standards. I would highly recommend AGL to anyone who has HVAC needs!

Great people but ever since we installed new AC it leaks badly in the summer. We have to have the plaster repaired after every summer. Just not a really good job even though they are nice.

AGL has been a valuable asset to our home in Charleston. They take care of our splits and our HVAC timely and efficiently. They are friendly and polite when I’ve called and Rick even answered questions to help me figure out the best system for a home we have in another state. I highly recommend AGL!

Ricky and the crew at AGL could not be more professional, helpful, or knowledgeable. Our HVAC system was 18 years old and needed to be replaced. Ricky laid out all my options, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Ricky even coordinated the electrician for me and incorporated their costs into his quote with no markup. His pricing is fair and he got things done when he said he would. The techs he sent out were on time, really nice, and got the job done. I cannot recommend AGL enough for any and all HVAC needs.
