    I had a pleasurable experience with technician Ryan Norton. He was very professional and punctual. Any question that I had about the equipment that was being installed, he took the time to make sure that I understood how to operate my new unit and thermostat.     They did an excellent job, worked hard and gave their 110% in getting the project completed. They showed extraordinary customer satisfaction, professionalism and workmanship.     A technician called early and said they were on their way. 30 minutes later they arrived and asked us to show them the ac unit. Asked a couple of questions, and then started opening the ac unit. After opening the ac unit, the technician realize that electricity was not being transferred to the unit. Told us to show him the electricity panel and he turned on the switch for the ac. Then said the job was done. Close the unit. And said alright it’s $270 for switching on a switch...He said it is $270 because he “transferred power to the unit by flipping the switch”. I asked him why $270 when the diagnostic fee is like $90 and all he did was a flip of a switch. The technician smugly said, “but you didn’t know to do that”. Overall the worked was at most 5 minutes and charged $270 for a flip of a switch. I don’t know how other company would have charged but one thing I do know is that they won’t be coming back after today.

    Everyone involved from the wonderfully sweet lady on the phone, to the guys who came out first thing in the morning to replace my hot water heater, was amazing. I am very happy with this company and the services I received. Open communication about pricing, and all around great, trustworthy people working here.

    We were without air in our house and they were able to come and give us a quote the next day and install it on Monday. After being miserable for over a week before calling them, I was pleased that the whole project from start to finish took 5 days. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.

    Jeremy did a great job with replacing our gas water heater. Work was done in a timely manner and he left the work area clean and removed the old water heater. He took the time to show us how to use the new one and did a great job of social distancing. Would use again.

    My A/C unit was blowing out cool air. My home warranty sent them out to fix my unit. The tech stated that the unit was low on Freon and had to be refillled. He informed me that before he could add the Freon he had to find the leak that was causing my Freon to be low. He stated that he would first have to clean my compressor and that would cost almost $300. The to find the leak would cost over $400. I asked him why did he think I had a leak. He stated because my Freon was low. I informed him that my unit was arnd 12yrs old, had never been refilled, and that could be the reason. He corrected me and stated that it was actually 14yrs old and confirmed my statement BUT the company REQUIRES an inspection before adding Freon. He then tries to tell me to open my dampers would require extensive work which he also backtracked on once I questioned him. He started going all over the place talking about he saw some moisture that could be oil or water but he’s not sure,m. It “could” be a pin hole. Then he said my unit may go up soon bc of age and the heat may not work. I declined everything and called another service provider. He sounded like a professional scammer. If he tampered with my unit I will SUE this company.
