Aire Serv of Greenville

I did an agreement with Aire Serve which I agreed to a monthly fee in exchange for spring and fall maintenance visits to check things out. They had no problem billing my card for the monthly amount however they missed to first appointment to check things out. They said they came but no one was here. Well I was the no one and I was there. But ok we scheduled again. This time I was not going to be able to be there so I had a family member there and again no one showed. I called and was told they had techs quit and that she tried to call days earlier and no one answered. My business has an answering machine but ok maybe it did not work?? But she could have called again. I DO NOT recommend these folks.

Immediate same day service. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Aire Serv in the future and recommend them to my friends and family! Very satisfied!! Thanks Eric!!

Eric Schafer was my technician for both services and he was very professional and courteous. He was more than prompt. He was actually early to both appointments. He explained what he would be doing both times including what parts he would using for the repairs. I will request Eric anytime I use Aire Serv services.

Our Thermostat stopped working. Called first thing, Eric Schafer came out between his regular calls. Within 10 minutes of his arrival he had it diagnosed and solved. So nice!! Thank you for your prompt, excellent service.

These folks are amazing! Our ac stopped working suddenly and they had someone out within an hour of our phone call! Cody was super professional, quick to diagnose and fix our problem! Definitely will recommend and use them again!

I went through an extensive search for a hvac unit. I ended up with 4 reputable companies quoting the system. Aire Serv was the most up front, and thorough in the review of what we needed. Then spent extra time in the install to hook the system up the right way when our previous system was not setup that way.

The young gentleman that came was very kind and patient!!! He was also knowledgeable about what he was doing so i felt very easy qguke he worked that it would be fixed quickly and efficiently. He attitude was impeccable! So far so good and i hope that it is the fix to the problem!!!

Eric S. Was my technician. He was in and out. So knowledgeable and helpful. Even gave me some preventative measures to make sure my unit runs smoothly for longer. Amazing experience.

Available on weekends, came early, excellent expert troubleshooting and advice.Eric quickly found the problem , replaced a fuse, and tested it to make sure the HVAC system worked. Eric demonstrated extreme HVAC system knowledge.
