Very responsive. Prompt. Repairs to my old HVAC were too expensive so had to replace entire system, save the ductwork. Every technician was a pro and very personable and you’ll get a photo of them prior to arrival-thanks to Phillip, Eric and Anthony. I had an issue and they were great on getting scheduled, communicating and coming out quick!

The tech that came out told us we need 6 lbs of Freon because we had a leak! Didn’t look upstairs where there was a sheet of ice and clogged filter. Suggested for us to get a new AC unit!

Got a second opinion and the ac was 1 gallon of Freon overfilled and didn’t need a new AC. Ac is cooling and working great thanks to a thorough diagnostic from a different tech outside the company.

I am having issues with my Air Conditioning and was interested in getting a quote for a new unit. I called Aire Serv and they were able to come out the same day. In fact within hours. The Tech that came out was named Eric. He was very friendly and took the time to go over several options. Much appreciated.
