From the first meeting we had with Shayne, the general manager, in our home, we felt we were in good hands. He did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system and then sat down with us to offer options. He talked us through the pros and cons of each option and had his facts an figures available. It was a very professional and personal meeting. As luck would have it there was an opening on the schedule for an installation team to arrive just two days after this and we had our new heatpump, air exchanger and thermostat installed within 5 hours, just 2 days later! Not only was the lead installer also very friendly and professional. He kept us informed of what was being done all through the process. They removed our old equipment for disposal and left the work areas spotlessly. Shayne, the manager was also here for several hrs on instillation day to make certain things went smoothly, and to help out when it was needed. We are very impressed with the great service we've received from McGee so far and look forward to a continuing relationship with this reliable company in future.

I requested a quote from them. Jon came and reviewed the project. He quoted a Mini Split System for my Workshop. A date and time was set for the project. Miles and Kory came to install the system. The system was installed and commissioned per my specifications. The system has been in operation for a few days with no issues. Everyone was professional and considerate. I would recommend if you have a HVAC project you should at least give them the time of day. You will not be disappointed.

McGee installed our new unit today. From start to finish they were professional, punctional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I do not have enough great things to say about this company! Everyone that I came in contact with was so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was having the worst experience trying to find a company that fit my financial needs to replace my HVAC-it was stressful and frustrating but thankfully I found McGee and more specifically Jon! He eased my stress and worries when he told me that he could, not only, replace my HVAC with a brand new, top of the line system that fit within my financial limitations, but that it would be completed within a week!! And they set up a window unit (free of charge!) the next morning to get me by until the unit could be replaced! I am so thankful for this reputable company with great customer service. They made this process a breeze for me. You will not go wrong with choosing this company-they really do care about their customers and want to help you!
