    Very great company that understands customer service. Showed up early. Had unit installed on a Friday morning, finished around 1pm. Like an impatient customer, was not cooling as quick as we wanted. They sent another tech back out to assure and explain that it will take time for house to get to set temperature. Tech went back under house to assure all is well and installed new thermostat. Stayed past 7pm on a Friday night. Came back Monday afternoon to follow up. Unexpected superior customer service.

    I cannot say enough good things about this company. I contacted them on a Monday about needing my HVAC system replaced. They had everything installed and ready to go by Wednesday. They also showed up within the given time window. You can't go wrong with these guys!

    I didn’t expect this high level of knowledge, customer service, customer support and installation of 2 complete AC/Heater Equipment.
    The owner inspected my old equipment in detail for more than 90 minutes, before he started to explain everything in detail, including photos and calculations. And that was all for free, without any pressure to sign for replacement of my AC/Heater and Furnish, over 25 years old now.
    The price was 20% lower than competitors, the equipment better. It was installed in less than 2 days work of two hard working gentlemen.
    I am a Quality Engineer and Representative of BMW, and was positively surprised by this high level of Service and Quality.
    My house is colder than ever, my e-bill way down . I am as happy as I can be, to choose that company to take care of , what is needed and way more!
    I am angry, that I wasted time on other companies, but I am very glad I called you . I should have called only GS.
