Not at all pleased with the service. They scratched my toilet seat, cut off our old handle (which matched the rest of the
decor) didn't adjust the water height and told me I had to hold the handle down for a while for it to flush (for over $500 they could have at least made sure the toilet flushed properly)AND they tried to charge me $129 for a part I already purchased for $9.95 at Lowes. Needless to say I will never call them again.

If you want talented plumbers and an honest and fair company then call 1-800 Plumber. Technicians were on time, explained all my options and performed excellent work. Nice to find a service company that believes in customer service!!!
