My go-to and always recommend HVAC company! Bill and Mike have both been out to my house and are always very professional! Anytime we have any issues with our home, I always call Air Services to ensure my work is done right!

Air Services of the Carolinas has maintained, repaired and replaced my HVAC system for years and they have always been responsive, punctual and professional. Bill and his techs have always responded as soon as possibly to repair any mechanical failures and keep my home cool or warm, regardless of the day or time. They always explain the cause of my problems and their solutions. They always provide an accurate cost estimate for their proposed repairs and don't exceed it. This is a great group of caring, concerned and dedicated people that embody Bill's devotion to his customers. These are the only folks who will ever service my HVAC system.

My system is getting a little holder and I greatly appreciated the service and information I was given. My technician was patient, clearly knew what he was doing, and provided me with extra information that was very useful in maintaining my furnace and A/C. We had Scott of Aire Serv of the Carolinas come to our house and could tell he was a good-hearted person. He walked us through some techniques and tips to help prolong the life of our A/C unit. Not once did he try to charge us for anything we didn't need. He gave us a magnet with their number and info which we will have displayed on the refrigerator for all to see and will certainly use them for all our HVAC needs.

This company was a blessing there so professional and honest and very knowledgeable .
