Air Services of the Carolinas is AWESOME!!!! The office personnel is very professional, always responsive & pleasant to work with. The service team was great!!!! Very friendly, professional, attentive to not making a mess in my home!!! Checked everything, made a couple small recommendations that helps us to keep our unit cleaner & working more efficiently. I am so glad we found this company. We can always count on them to do a great job & to work with us if we have issues. They always go the extra mile and these days it is hard to find a trust-worthy & honest company !!! Bill you should be proud of the whole team!!!

Air services was super, great ,they're a company with a heart!!! I had no air for 7 days,the company that I have an agreement with told that could get to me June 6,2022 call them May 30
I call Air services at 6:am on JUNE 2nd was told they would be at my house between 3pm and 6:pm. They came just as they said they would be there. My daughter has a heart condition. If I could given them more than 5 stars they treated me with the utmost respect. I give them all the stars in heaven. Blessed all of the workers at Air Services of the Carolinas!!!!!!!!!!

On Memorial Day weekend our AC system went down and we called Air Services of the Carolinas. When a technician came out and diagnosed the problem ( a snake had gotten into the system and fried the wiring along with some other components) he determined the damage to be too extensive for him to repair and called the owner of the company , Bill Slavick to let him know. Bill left his own holiday barbeque to personally come out to make the repairs and had us up and running in a few hours. I have never seen such dedication. The next time you hear a commercial on the radio or see one on TV with some witty catch phrase or ridiculous slogan ask yourself would these companies show the same level of dedication that ASOTC provides? I highly doubt it.

Sarah answering phones is awesome. A tech was on their way when I finally solved the HVAC issue myself. Was ready to have to pay the service charge since they were almost here but was able to cancel without charge. This experience means Air Services will be my first call when I really do need service in the near future. A+ customer service during my 4 calls to Sarah.

I am a Resident of Redwood Apartments in Lake Wylie. Since I have lived here, I have learned that guys they hire for our Maintenance Problems, is not very knowledgeable of the HVAC Units, they do however call for an expert to come out to help fix the problem. We have only lived here a short time. About the time Summer arrived and we needed the HVAC during a 90 degree week long heat wave. Of course it wasn't blowing cold air. 😆 And the guy's worked on it off and on during the day they arrived to fix it. But the problem couldn't be fixed by them. They called out for a Professional to come out. And because of the heat wave, a lot of other HVAC units elsewhere were also in need of a professional. When our maintenance guy finally found a company that could be there on Monday. Our HVAC Unit was disabled that Friday afternoon. We were supplied we a Portable Cooler that you had to dump the water out of every hour or it would stop running! 😂 When Monday came, the Professional showed up. Spent hours showing our two Maintenance guys what the problem was and how it can be fixed. To make a longer story shorter ... We went to use the HVAC after it's in-between resting period from the end of the hot Summer days to the beginning long awaited chilly weather when it's time to warm the home up at night. And low and behold! The HVAC only blew cold air! 🤣 A new Maintenance guy, found a fixed a detached wire in the Thermostat inside, but when it came time to look at the. HVAC? Time to call out the Professional! Only this time instead of training the maintenance personnel, this call Pat, did it all by himself 😁 No only was he professional, but had a great personality! Awesome Customer Service! He also gave us a lesson on how the Thermostat and HVAC Unit outside, communicate with each other. And what they need to properly work together. Very educational! He fixed our outside Unit while my husband watched him work and explain the problems he found. Basically, the Unit was completely wired wrong! Pat took his time, checked inside and outside several times to make sure the HVAC was working properly. He communicated with his Boss on the phone with my husband present and explained what the problem was and the procedure he used to properly fix the Unit. Pat was very respectful of the property as well as using booties out of respect for our home. He took pictures, made best friends with our Fur Babies, had a few laughs and politely thank US and said his goodbyes. Never have I witnessed such Service like this since before the Pandemic hit and people became distant from one another. 🥺 My husband personally ask to speak to Chris' boss and told him what a great service guy he had and to hang on tight, they are far an few between now a days. My husband is also a professional, so who knows how hard it is to find such dedication in an employee. He too has that same dedication to his work. You can tell Pat loved his work and enjoyed people as well. I was so impressed with him, that I couldn't wait to express to management how well they did by hiring Air Services of the Carolinas and it would be to their benefit to continue to use this company for all their HVAC problems.

Decided to install my own thermostat right before a snow storm and knocked my heat out. I called at 8 pm and Bill was out here an hour later out in the snow to help. Was able to fix the problem super quickly and did so with a smile on his face. I couldn’t thank him enough. What an awesome experience for not so awesome situation. Lesson learned people leave it to the professionals

Air Services of the Carolinas provided excellent and professional service on my new install of two complete units. They are extremely trust-worthy and reliable. Bill and his team did everything that they said they would, and they made sure the job was complete and satisfactory before leaving. I would recommend anyone looking for new units, service, or repairs to give them a call.

Air Services of the Carolinas did a great job installing my new AC & Gas furnace! Bill, his wife and his staff were very professional and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my new units. Bill came out to give me a quote on Tuesday and 2 days later we had a brand new AC and furnace installed right before 90 degree temps hit. Our project lead Steve and the whole crew were great and did a thorough job. Thanks again! -Brian

We recently had our AC replaced and furnace from Ajr Services. They did an excellent job. Bill was here at 8:00 AM and spent time explaining the system we chose and gave us a very fair price. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job and would recommend them.
