Smoak's Comfort Control

James Benton and Whitey Smoak were both friendly and excellent at their jobs. Answered all my questions and installed new package unit HVAC. Would recommend Smoaks to anyone based on my experience with these two gentlemen.

Knowledgeable and thorough technician. Gave cautionary note about AC coils but said they should go another year. Good news for 11 year old system.

We had to replace all of our ductwork and the package unit for our downstairs heating and air. Glenn Smoak was very responsive and attentive to our needs when we called for an estimate. He provided good guidance and good pricing. Karl Daniel, Doc Boswel, James Benton and Eliel Delgado did a fabulous job with the ductwork replacement and HVAC replacement. They were on time and ahead of schedule for both, and they followed up with us to make sure everything was working as it should. Also a shout out to Karen who does all of the scheduling, payments, and help with paperwork. She was so helpful, and she actually helped us with the paperwork required for our Dominion rebates. I highly recommend the team at Smoak's!

Smoak's assessed and remedied our air conditioning issues in record time. They are immediately responsive, accurate and affordable. They were so kind as to put on our weather stripping for us, which was not part of the job, but just a kind gesture. Great with service, personal touch and customer care.

This was my first A/C call in Charleston. Mark was my technician and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We just moved into our new home and having the A/C go out was not making the move smooth.
